About On-Site Service
On-site service for PFU Scanners extends the standard on-site limited warranty on certain models. It includes parts, labor and travel. It is available after the limited warranty timeframe and can be purchased in single or multi-year increments.
Certified Preventative Maintenance (PM)
For customers who want added piece of mind, PCI offers Certified PM visits for customer who are either in warranty or covered under extended on-site warranty. We can work with you to determine the best schedule based on your scanning needs and volume. These are purchased in advance and are per event.
