About Depot Scanner Service
The Depot Service program is designed to provide ship-in unit repair service for those customers requiring asset tag tracking or who prefer to retain their existing scanner. Depot service is available for all workgroup, departmental, network and LV production scanners (excluding the fi-7700 series). Depot repair is not a standard offering for any PCI scanner in Canada but can be used instead of Advance Exchange (if in warranty or extended warranty) or for out of warranty repairs.
